Shipping and Return Policies


SHIPPING: Domestic and Internationally

Customers will be charged shipping and handling fees based on type of service. All orders will be shipped ground unless otherwise specified by customer, or mutually agreed upon.

Domestic (US) Flat Rate Shipping Fees:

All orders $100 or more will ship for free with domestic UPS Ground OR USPS delivery only.
Any order under $100 is $8 flat fee for Domestic ground shipping only.
Shipping time varies based on location and carrier.

Domestic (US) Expedited Shipping:

Minimum $65 for Next Day Air (U.S. customers only).
Minimum $35 for 2nd Day Air (U.S. customers only).
Any order with expedited shipping service will be charged shipping.

International (Outside of US) Shipping:

We currently ship to Puerto Rico, Canada, and United Kingdom only. We are working on expanding our services!  Please inquire by emailing info@denimkratos.com for more information.

Customer Order Fulfillment:

Once the credit card is authorized, you will receive an email from us.

All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Orders placed on US holidays will be processed the next business day.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information.

DenimKratos is not responsible for incorrectly entered orders.

Deliveries will be made according to those order specifications.

UPS will make repeated but limited delivery attempts before returning your merchandise to DenimKratos

DenimKratos cannot change or alter the delivery method once shipped.

In general, orders are processed in 2-3 business days.

Return Policies

Returns for a Refund (if applicable)

Bought it but not loving it?  That's OK.  We've all been there.

You have 35 days to return almost any purchase for a refund or store credit, as long as your purchase is still in saleable condition.

What is saleable condition?  Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  This means unworn, unaltered, and in good condition with the original hang-tags and packaging attached.

Return shipping is free of charge within the US only.  We do NOT refund original shipping fees.

While we cannot accommodate every return, we value you and will always be reasonable.  We ask that you do the same.

Our hassle-free return policy is part of our commitment to taking care of you every step of the way.

More than anything, we want you to love our style as much as we love yours.  But most of all, we want to build trust.

No customer account necessary, as long as you have the original customer email address and order number.

If you do not know your order number, no worries.  Please email us at orders@denimkratos.com and we’ll happy to look it up.

Please provide full name, address and email of the original purchaser the email.

Do not email us your credit card or PayPal info.  We cannot look up your information this way.

We may use your name and address for our security and internal marketing purposes.

Please be assured that any information you provide will be handled in accordance with our customer privacy policy.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Something is wrong and you wish to exchange?  No worries, we will do our best to make you satisfied.

What happens next?

You can go ahead and place your new order for the item you would like.  You will send back the item you wish to exchange.

No customer account necessary, as long as you have the original customer email address and order number.

A free USPS return label can be requested through our Customer Returns website page.

If you do not know your order number, no worries.  Please email us at orders@denimkratos.com  and we’ll happy to look it up.

Please provide full name, address and email of the original purchaser the email.

As soon as we receive your returned item, inspect it, we will refund the purchase amount to the original method of payment, such as the credit card used for the order IF the return item meets saleable condition.

If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take additional business days to post the refund to your account.

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.

There are certain situations where only partial purchase valued are granted (if applicable)

  •   Obvious signs of use
  •   Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular or temporarily marked down priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately, Final Sale items CANNOT be exchanged.

If you are approved and all the exchange policy conditions are met, we will refund your returned item immediately.

Gifts (Return for Credit)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, all return policy conditions still apply.  Upon accepting the return, a one-time use gift discount code will be emailed to you good for 1 year.  You are responsible for the security of this discount code.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen discount codes.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, in the form of the original payment, and they will find out about your return.
